Original re-mastered Klanggalerie CD (Discovered copies from the WRONG VAULTS)
Compact Disc (CD) + Digital Album
The unprecedented and totally original avant-garde classic! This CD version was expertly re-mastered by Kevin Metcalfe and the exquisite artwork of Phil Barnes re-scanned & replicated as it had originally meant to look. This is without doubt the definitive version of the album that still sounds as competently & confidently beyond time or genre as it did when it was first released to critical acclaim in 1986.
Without doubt a significant release from Hope's expansive back catalogue.

Amazing from start to finish. Sort of like encountering Harry Smith's Anthology of American Folk Music for the first time, it's like stepping off a spiral staircase into the deep end of a whole 'nother universe of mysteries. "Triptik 2", the closer, is one of the most jaw-droppingly strange/hypnotic collisions of jazz, electronica, psychedelia and WTF I've ever heard - and yet it somehow works. Bought both volumes just on the strength of the first one & hoping there are many more to be issued. rocketmorton
Lithe occult digi-funk, brimming with psycho-sexuality; for fans of Clock DVA (obviously), Cabaret Voltaire, Coil, Controlled Bleeding et al.
Essential post-industrial hammerings and a much, much welcomed re-issue of these glorious 12s.
The Richard H Kirk mixes at the end are stunningly hypnotic, darkly rhythmic constructions Simon Gould
